Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
Relevant Exp. 5+ Years
Mandatory Skills Experience in Admin, Configuration & Development related activities in ServiceNow.
Expertise level of understanding of ServiceNow is required.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Configuration/Development knowledge of
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
Fair understanding of content management, developing ESS Page.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
Good to have Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and
Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
Experience on non-ITSM modules e.g., ITOM, ITBM etc.
Experience in Solution design and architecture design.
Detailed JD Working on UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Developing ESS page- Content Management
Writing various Server side scripts using Script Includes.
Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
Used ACL s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now.
Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains.
Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module.
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the SNOW integration.
Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
