Job description:

Data Engineer
1. Good working exposure of Azure data Engineering services Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Bricks
2. Architect and design a big data analytics platform on Microsoft Azure cloud to improve operational efficiency.
3. ETL code development/pipelines creation on Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Bricks.
4. Good Working exposure of AWS Data Analytics pipeline services e.g. Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose, Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon Kinesis Data Analytics, Amazon EMR,
Amazon Managed Streaming for Kafka, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Quicksight etc.
Analyze and organize raw data
Build data systems and pipelines
Evaluate business needs and objectives
Interpret trends and patterns
Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
Build algorithms and prototypes
Combine raw information from different sources
Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
Identify opportunities for data acquisition
Develop analytical tools and programs
Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
Requirements and skills
Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Experience in Power BI.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
Hands-on experience with SQL database design
Great numerical and analytical skills
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master s is a plus
Data engineering certification (e.g AWS Certified Data Engineer) is a plus

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
