Job description:

JD:
Strong working experience in Strimzi Kafka on Kubernetes platform.
Good understanding of Kubernetes and Gitops platform.
Should have knowledge in Apache/Confluent Kafka.
Strong Experience in Kafka security implementations.
Strong Exp in high availability cluster setup, large scale multi node Kafka cluster environments, maintenance on Kubernetes platform.
Strong Exp in Disaster recovery using Mirror maker or any other tools.
Strong exp in Strmizi Kafka installing, patching, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, maintaining, ,managing, and administration..etc.
Strong knowledge and working experience with Apicurio schema registry in a high volume environment.
Should have good knowledge on cluster monitoring by using Grafana.
Good working knowledge on Connector(JDBC, Avro and Json) implementations.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
