Job description:
NetOpsExperience in Implementing and Managing monitoring tools in 2 or more technologies like Broadcom Tools (DX NetOps), SolarWinds, ITNM, Logic Monitor, Nagios, Nimsoft etc.Good Knowledge on Network monitoring solution likely DX NetOps(Previously CA Spectrum and CA Performance Management), SolarWindsKnowlege on Infrastuture Montioring tools like Nimsoft, SolarWinds, ITM etc.Understand the monitoring requirements of a customer & drive it to get it functional.Configure daily/weekly Network configuration backupHands-on experience with alert/event management.Maintain the monitoring tool and perform application upgrade/patch upgrade as required.Identify required service improvements and create and execute an action planGood understanding of the SNMP protocol.Understand integration concept and provided various out of the box/ Third party integration solutions Support operational activities including (but not limited to) Create and customize standard monitoring parameters/Thresholds based on requirement Enabling Discovery Process, Probe Deployment Condfiguring Monitoring paramters, Adjust thresholds. Agent Onboarding and Decommissioning process Creating Global Collections as per the requirements User management: Manage user access to the global and regional instances Administer Tables, users, groups, conversions, filter and views Create and manage standard reports and Dashboards. Syslog & SNMP Trap configuration Troubleshoot and track issues with vendor
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
