Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provisioning and de-provisioning of IT systems access
performing User, Privileged and Supplier Access Reviews (Governance)
Managing Active Directory Objects
Working on On-Prem & Azure AD
Managing DL, Mailboxes, Security Groups
Preparing reports
Administer Domains
Driving improvements across operational IAM
Ensuring IT systems are administered in compliance with the IAM policies and standards
Requirements:
Minimum 4 Years of experience in Global Account Management
Must have worked for an International Customer
Should have Escalation Handling experience
Willing to work in 24 7 shifts
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
Exceptional customer-facing skills
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
Strong organizational skills
Capacity to train and guide junior team members
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
