HAM&SAM Job Description Position Requirements Respective technical certifications for Supported Technologies Valid Passport Should be ready to travel frequently in and outside India Good Knowledge in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting an SCCM 2007 / 2012 server infrastructure. Extensive Experience in transitioning end to end HAM & SAM services from clients to Service Providers Position requires 5+ years of experience with the below: Experience Requirements/Responsibilities HAM & SAM Manage HAM & SAM aspects of Asset Management for the Customers environment. Develop and implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and software assets within the data center and end-user space. Manage leased assets Analyze client contracts, Purchase agreements and other data to manage hardware assets effectively, Experience in all processes including but not limited to New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals Experience in managing software assets including license compliance for enterprise-level customers Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access, MS Excel Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve the Licensing anomalies Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements Generate monthly reports regarding this Service Identify and document best practices and implement them Active communicator Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking Role Responsibilities Oversee the activities of the team and provide direction Build and drive strategy and mature the Asset Management service Ensure delivery of the service per the service agreement Conduct analysis, prepare reports to work on project implementation Advise client on asset management and function as Subject Matter Expert Develop, maintain and execute asset management program including processes, procedures, tools, and reporting of hardware assets Provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding the health of the environment, enhancements, innovations and secure network solutions Systems Administrator-ITIL/ITSM Processes End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience both in Hardware and software Experience with SCCM/SMS/ Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris./Intune
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
