Position Requirements
Respective technical certifications for Supported Technologies
Valid Passport
Should be ready to travel frequently in and outside India
Good Knowledge in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting on latest MECM 2409 server infrastructure.
Extensive Experience in transitioning end to end SCCM/Imaging services from clients to Service Providers
Position requires 6+ years of experience with the below:
Experience Requirements/Responsibilities Software Distribution &Patch Management area
Knowledge of installation and configuration of SCCM central / CAS, Primary and Secondary Sites, WSUS / MDT Integration.
Knowledge of SCCM, Intune and BigFix
Should have good knowledge in Windows Servers 2012 R2 and higher, Active Directory and networking concepts.
Should have good Knowledge in SCOM monitoring of SCCM servers and taking the health remediation actions based on SCOM Alerts.
Patch Management of Physical and Virtual environments through WSUS/SCCM or SCUP (System Center Updates Publisher).
Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and associated components and creating custom report using SQL Queries.
Monitor SCCM server performance & health.
Strong Knowledge on SCCM server log files.
Perform SCCM application patching, versioning and development.
Monitor SCCM server to server communications.
Administer Client communications.
Perform Site resets / Server application rebuilds.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide level 3 support for all aspects of the Microsoft SCCM/SCCM product suite.
Capacity planning of SCCM infrastructure.
Continual monitoring of security.
Build all core documents and procedures associated with all SCCM/SCCM product deployments.
Knowledge on PowerShell cmdlets and scripting.
Application Deployment Process with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, software updates management.
Trouble Shooting on SCCM/ConfigMgr Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.
SCCM 2007 Reporting and Custom Reporting for Deployment.
Hands on experience in executing Incident, Problem and change management process.
Experience Requirements/Responsibilities OS Imaging (creation and management)
Ability to backup applications, browser favorites, documents, and various computer software
Managing the imaging team, creation, setup, replacement and shipping of laptop imaging and Supporting existing imaging deployments.
managing the maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of all desktop, laptop, handheld and other devices which provide users access to network services.
identification and problem management /troubleshooting of problem areas, assisting with documentation
Imaging process Management, creation and support of OS Imaging
Utilize SCCM and OSD
Archive and troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft Office
Setup end users logins
Install and maintain hardware and software
Install, test and deploy new client software applications
Provide troubleshooting assistance to end users
Maintain, install, and upgrade computers as necessary
Install new images as scheduled and needed
Provide maintenance and support for printers and various other devices
Provide help desk support as needed
perform testing of new operating systems and various software and hardware
Perform hardware repairs
Troubleshoot software issues
Order PC parts as needed
Perform virus/spyware removal
Perform other related duties as assigned
