Skills Required:Candidates should have strong customer management skills and/or an aptitude to work calmly with customers under immense pressureAbility to put customer first in any situationExtensive knowledge of Notes/Domino Administration including internals like LTPA, Security, CertificatesKnowledge of network analyzers like Wireshark, windows debugging tools, protocols like VP, TCSPI, RTP, SIP etc.Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and SSL Communication is neededStrong administration skills on Notes/Domino/SameTime or equivalent are must. Candidates with only App Dev experience will not be suitableDomain knowledge of Instant Messaging, Voice and Video Conferencing Solution is importantWorking knowledge of OS - Win/ Unix/ Linux is requiredShould be willing to work in shifts during weekdays/weekendsLong term commitment to Pune location is a mustShould have strong desire to seek long term career in Customer Support fieldCandidate is expected to have strong English communication skillsSkills Desirable:Network/OS Admin skills.Knowledge of Other Messaging Systems like MS Exchange/Sendmail desirable
