Job description:

1. Experience as a Solution Architect delivering solution design and architecture for Genesys.
2. Experience on designing integrations.
3. Experience with analysing requirements and providing fit for purpose solution designs following best architecture practices.
4. Experience in Voice Bio and Gatekeeper projects implementation.
5. Experience in voice print migration activities
6. Hands on experience on DB migration and data integrity checks
7. Ability to perform API integration and SIT and UAT and moving it to production

• To stay updated about industry trends and technology innovations
• To be responsible for the solution pertaining to Technical Infrastructure being implemented for a customer and its acceptance
• To be responsible for understanding customer requirements and create infrastructure solutions and integrated architecture.
