C++ Senior Technical Lead
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in C++ programming will be responsible for leading a team in the development and implementation of C++ applications. They will oversee the technical aspects of projects, provide guidance to team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality C++ solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of c++ developers in the design, development, and implementation of c++ applications.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members in c++ programming.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and provide solutions to optimize application performance.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in c++ programming to enhance team skills and project efficiency.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in c++ programming language with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
2. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers in c++ programming projects.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
4. Knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
7. Certifications in c++ programming or related fields would be a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
