Compose, generate and deliver

UCM provides a WYSIWYG-based editor for creating base templates, which are reusable to form various document templates. It supports business logic, tables and various fonts, sizes, formatting attributes, paper sizes, margins and myriad other file properties. As mentioned, it also provides REST API to enable interaction with any application to generate correspondence, as well as a comprehensive user interface (UI) for editing, freezing, printing and automated delivery across print, email and SMS.

Store and manage

Store and manage

UCM enables storage of digital documents from any source via REST API services while also featuring a UI for storing digital documents. In addition, it enables you to organize and index documents to ensure they support business processes, and it can be configured to archive or purge based on retention policy. Finally, it maintains version control and supports multi-tenant with data segregation.

Search and retrieve

Our solution enables the search of artifacts based on metadata by using UI and REST API services. It provides a uniform view for HTML, text, PDF and image-type digital document formats with zoom, rotate single/multiple page(s), download and print features, as well as audio - and video-type digital documents.

Compliance and Security

Compliance and security

UCM supports region-specific storage, including Data Subject Access Requests, which is a component of GDPR's policy-based requirements for retention/deletion of artifacts and their metadata. It can be integrated with AD/IAM-based authentication, AWS API key-based authorization and document classification-based access. Data is stored with encryption in a private environment.
