- Developed a comprehensive Dynamics 365 system process catalog of application features to seamlessly integrate out-of-the-box features, promoting efficiency and cohesion
- Employ our “Proven Process” delivery methodology with stage gates for feedback, strategic adjustments and opportunities to enhance value and ROI
- Define and track KPIs to ensure success metrics are met
- Solicit customer feedback via surveys at project milestones and post-support ticket closures
- Offer quarterly roadmap sessions to add value, even when not engaged in active projects
- Keep customers informed on new product features within the Microsoft BizApps suite to support success as products evolve
HCLTech is using Microsoft Copilot AI to improve developer and consultant productivity. By automating the authoring of test script writeups and functional and technical design documents, we aim to make our consultants more efficient.
Advisory services
We empower customers’ success in industries (like healthcare, telco and retail) with Copilot AI by developing proof of concepts to help test Copilot use cases. We also offer Copilot advisory services, such as Copilot Hackathons to uncover new use cases. And, our Copilot CoE helps customers promote Copilot to developer communities.
