Delivery Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end Program Delivery - Application Delivery and Support, Projects, Transformation and Innovation initiatives, preferably ERP
- Aligns the delivery to client’s business and IT objectives, ensures they are met by delivery teams
- Directly oversees and drives transformation and innovation as well as other strategic initiatives important to client’s business
- Drives strategy to bring changes to the existing services – onboarding / offloading of services in the service model
- Works with COEs and Competency Teams on Resourcing Strategy and Capacity Management, Risk Management and Reporting
- Manage the onboarding of new services through Service Delivery Managers
- Demand management and capacity planning within a service
- Service excellence and Continuous Improvement within the specific service areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science
Required Skills:
- Good skills & experience in customer stakeholder management, especially at an onsite location
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (design/implementation of IT solutions or project management)
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and manage constantly changing technical and business requirements
- Able to understand the interdependence between technical and commercial requirements of complex ICT projects
- Strong motivated, disciplined, having the desire to succeed and deliver the requested results beyond expectations
- Very good planning and organization skills
- Very good analysis and synthesis skills
