- Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns
Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the company’s products or services
Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Handle, negotiate and resolve all customer queries
- Respond to and document all consumer inquiries, complaints and comments
- Primarily monitors and ensures data integrity across all channels
- Respond to and follow up on customer-escalated issues
- Handle end-to-end consumer process, including product fulfillment
Key skills required
- Hands-on experience in Excel, SSIS
- Extensive experience in SQL Server, Datawarehouse, visualization, Power BI, DAX functions and data validation
