I joined HCLTech in November 2021. I am beyond proud and excited to become part of an organization that is employee centric; where I get to see my ideas come to life on real projects and know my voice matters. I love that every day is unique and that I get the opportunity to contribute to HCLTech by learning and sharing knowledge, as we grow together. I believe the empowerment I get from such a diverse company culture has helped me become a better professional and human being every day.
What a journey, and it’s just beginning! I accepted my offer at HCLTech in 2018 and started leading a team to support customers in consumer goods arena, with a big presence in LATAM. I’ve seen the company’s growth and expansion firsthand, from being a contractor, to becoming a permanent hire and seeing the HCLTech brand presence increase in the region. I know we will continue to grow and exceed expectations for our global clients.
Before I joined HCLTech, I used to wonder why people call their workplace their second home. After working here, I can understand why! I joined in January of 2021 with 13 years of experience in IT and field services. I feel appreciated and continue to be pleased with the company's priorities, insights and culture. This is an environment with a DNA of growth, employee empowerment, strong family values and opportunities to work in cross-functional teams.
