Senior Service Delivery Manager
The Senior Services Manager position is responsible for managing a team of employees who provide support services to customers. The Senior Service Manager must have an in-depth understanding of service processes and the customer experience in order to ensure we deliver excellent service to our customers.

- The Senior Service Manager needs to maintain a high level of team commitment and motivation, and have the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
Experience/Exposure:
- Experience in projects that involves several countries (Global) and local vendors.
Education/certification
- PMP training or Certification (desirable)

- CMDB/IT Operations Management, ServiceNow
