Advertising Support Lead
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4-6 years of total experience with min of 1 year of Lead experience of team size > 10 or more.
- Basic understanding of APIs, Web technologies, HTML and large-scale systems.
- 2 - 3 years of Support experience or Digital Advertising space with expertise in Campaign Management, Campaign Optimization and / or Technical Support for Search campaigns on Google Ads (FKA as AdWords) or Microsoft Advertising Platform (FKA Bing Ads).
- Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer with troubleshooting skills and experience using debugging tools like Fiddler etc.
- Basic SQL experience and ability to manipulate data rapidly and use complex joins.
- Experience with ticketing tools.
