Main Responsibilities\\r\\n Service request management - prepare, build, provision and decommission the end user computing device(s) and accessories\\r\\n Incident management - IT helpdesk consulting, break-fix support\\r\\n Asset audit support - meeting room inspection, stock room management, printer inspection, IDF/MDF inspection etc\\r\\n Planned software and hardware upgrade support \\r\\nJob Requirements - Relevant Personnel must:\\r\\n Have at least two years of relevant work experience\\r\\n Have good understanding and communication skills\\r\\n Have fluent or advanced written and spoken English language competency skills \\r\\n Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments and respect for different cultural backgrounds\\r\\n Have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\\r\\n Be responsible and hardworking\\r\\n Have a college degree or above\\r\\n Personnel with certifications equivalent to CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ are preferred Approval HistoryTo ensure that calls/ chats are addressed within agreed SLAsTo resolve escalations in a timely manner adhering to the process and quality complianceTo maintain attendance, leave reports , breaks & shift rostersTo update knowledge base through accurate documentation and disseminating knowledge from analyses and reports prepared to team for facilitating effective performance of responsibilitiesTo perform adhoc analyses, SIP activities and infrastructure managementTo ensure postive customer satisfaction and feedback
- To ensure that calls/ chats are addressed within agreed SLAs
- To resolve escalations in a timely manner adhering to the process and quality compliance
- To maintain attendance, leave reports , breaks & shift rosters
- To update knowledge base through accurate documentation and disseminating knowledge from analyses and reports prepared to team for facilitating effective performance of responsibilities
- To perform adhoc analyses, SIP activities and infrastructure management
- To ensure postive customer satisfaction and feedback
