Operate and further Develop Telemetry & DEX Solution Nexthink. Nexthink will be required to support Operations Teams to optimize User Experience, based on EndPoint Telemetry Data. Outcome of the data reviewed and translated by the Data Analysts, the use cases must then be built and executed by the Subject Matter Experts into the platform for further optimization for the Nexthink Platform.Professional SummaryA results-driven Product Specialist with extensive experience in Nexthink and telemetry agents for PCs. • To prepare & implement Program Management Plan to deliver the right scope/deliverables for all projects/program within the agreed timelines mentioned in the signed contract in compliance to HCL Global Project Management Framework
• To ensure tracking & adherence to budget allocated to all transition/transformation projects including all one time projects where SOW is created.
• To ensure sign off and billing of milestones for projects/Program completed as per the agreed timelines as per Revenue Projection.
• To drive Program/Projects (large scale) with agreed scope that covers multiple phases and effectively manage risks, issues, key stakeholders, escalations.
• To ensure high customer satisfaction for all assigned Transformation/Transition Projects
