Technical specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for Client OSS EMS team
- Coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment with SLAs
- Oversee NMS Tools upgrades, patch prioritization, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Client’ QA, patching, and technical teams
- Manage risk assessments, change documentation, and CAB process adherence during production deployments
- Ensure timely knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and compliance with Client’ security/operational standards
Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating deliveries in a multi-vendor EMS environment comprising of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CAB, and telecom network operations
- Strong understanding oof Change management, change reporting, risk management and mitigation, and post change validations
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in process improvement In the area of application deployment, upgrade, patching, documentation to achieve continuous improvement
