Overview
In Rome, HCLTech started Products & Platforms lab in 2016 when HCLTech and IBM went in an IP partnership with the first product, Workload Automation. In early 2018, the lab grew under the same partnership by adding BigFix product.
The Lab grew overtime expanding his responsibilities, becoming a centre of excellence in Europe for Software Engineering, Products Design, Sales, Professional Services and Solutions competence centre.
The Lab is part of a WW organization in P&P, covering more than 30 countries around the world. In particular we have our teams located in USA, Israel and India.
The diverse environment is a key element for professional growth, facilitating the cross pollination and contamination of ideas, culture, methodologies and skills.

Design
Experts in UX and Design work together to ensure products have the best interfaces to facilitate user engagement, using Design Thinking methodologies and creating best practices for the extended teams.
Engineering
We develop successful and complex Software products for the enterprises in the Automation and Security area, in partnership with multinational companies and in a geographically distributed environment.
Solutions
We create solutions combining products in HCLTech portfolio to meet customer needs and scenarios, work side by side with clients listening to their needs and putting together the best technical resources to meet the Goals.
