Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate ART Events: Plan and facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and other key events.
Manage Risks and Dependencies: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops and other feedback mechanisms.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
AWS and Guidewire Migration: Lead and coordinate efforts related to AWS and Guidewire migrations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics to ensure ART performance and health.
Coaching: Mentor and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to enhance their performance and delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RTE or in a similar role within an IT environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
Certifications: SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certifications.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
o Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
o Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
o Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
o Expertise in AWS and Guidewire migration projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry.
Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
