Good Earnix product experience
Experience in Data extraction and analysis for FinTech
Build and review statistical models for predicting customer behavior risk and demand
Develop and implement new product activities focusing on bank analytics
Good working knowledge of various data analytical tools, python, R etc, and Knowledge on nlp, reinforcement learning, dl
Experience in insurance and banking domain
Ability to drive research/analysis independently and collaboratively
Provide training and support in skill development
Strong verbal and communication skills
Alternate skills - Oracle Insbridge, CGI Ratabase and Guidewire rating or Any insurance rating tools profiles also can be considered for Earnix requirements.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
